I was brought onto the SPECTS Project to lead the product design alongside one junior designer. We were building from the ground up, from concept to first iteration.

We started the project with a lot of initial meetings to determine scope and timeline, and had a kickoff User Story Mapping workshop in person.

With our initial map in place, we decided to do a few more workshops to narrow focus to align with our budget. We proceeded on FigJam, translating the completed workshop and expanding upon it.

What an opportunity it is to develop the product from scratch! Having stakeholders collaborate in such a constructive way is invigorating, and we took off designing in stride.
